Alev Kayagil Training & Consulting

My name is Alev Kayagil and I have been working in the international cooperation sector since 2015. I am a trainer-consultant and focus on developing learning workshops and advising on project management for non-profit organisations as well as any entity that wants to achieve impactful change. I get energy from equipping people and organisations with the right tools and knowledge so they can make a positive impact in their communities. This is what drives me and keeps me going.

My motivation to work in this sector stems from my Bachelor studies where I focused on European Studies, specifically on Balkan history and post-conflict societal reconstruction and reconciliation. This led me volunteer and work for civil society organisations in the Balkans and Turkey and then pursue a Masters Degree in International Development. Since then, I have gained experience supporting national and international non profits as well as multiateral organisations. Most recently I was a trainer-consultant at MDF T&C in the Netherlannds developing trainings & learning trajectories for organisations working in the non profit and social impact sectors. My geographic experience spans Turkey, Bosnia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
